How to adjust rear track bar

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I installed an adjustable rear track bar and just eyeballed it when I installed. I haven’t noticed any problems with it, but I want to properly adjust it. Are there any instructions on how to do that?

I did see a YouTube video from wild horses a while back, but that was on an older bronco. Not sure if anything would be different on the 6G.

I measured both wheels to the fender flares equally with the body weighed fully on the axle and called it a day. I could be all wrong but i don't think it's anything more than centering the axle to the body.

Yup that is it.

I use a long level and a tape measure. Adjust at ride height.
