I finally got one!

After wanting one for years and previously making good decisions on vehicle choice and being a responsible adult, I broke down and got a 2025 BRaptor! The deals on these babies were just too good to pass up. I've had it six days and just crossed 600 miles. It's loud, rides horribly, has poor XM reception, shakes like hell at idle, but I love it! And its beautiful in that Azure Gray with shiny black wheels. I do miss my 24 F150 Raptor (the best vehicle I've ever owned) but its nice being able to weave through parking decks, drive over medians when Steve Harvey shuts down the parking lot at Bass Pro AND it fits in our garage! I've already put those rubber things on the back of the rear seats, got an extension to make my bike rack function, and have the nightmare hellscape of changing out the stock fog lights ahead of me. Most suprising thing so far: the fuel mileage -- 17.6 avg. Its been raining like crazy here in Georgia for weeks, as soon as it stops I cant wait to chuck the roof panels on the front lawn and find some dirt roads! Since it was built right before Christmas (weird it's a 25??), I've named her The Virgin Mary. My wife even loves it (only for trips shorter than 10 miles...)

Shakes at idle? Odd. I don't notice that in mine, but it's a first edition, not raptor.

I was thinking of a scout next, but not sure if I'm ready for that yet. I was pretty sure I was going to go for a raptor maybe next year, but I think I'm pivoting to the Filson edition.

Anyway, I love that color. That is certainly a sweet ride. Congrats!

Nice! I wanted a 6 Gen Bronco since the day they came out but the timing just wasn’t right. The stars aligned in 2025 and I ordered a Badlands. Best thing about the Bronco is the smile that you get every time you get in it, no matter where you are going.
