Bronco Depot is doing the Bronco script.Hi, are making these for customers, or is this a hobby/just for your Bronco? I'm definitely interested if you're making more. Also, do you or anyone else know of anyone/company who is making Bronco script?
Looks good. Did you do this with a 3D printer?Doing a black out build, so doing black out badges…here’s a sneak peek.
Looks great! I hope you post back when you light up the Bronco letters. I would really like to know how to do that, or where to get that. Where will they get power from? Will they turn off/on along with the headlights? Thanks!Love them or hate them, I finished and installed my "Badges" for my WildTrak. Next project is to light up the Bronco Grille letters to light up with the DRL's. Yes, I know Oracle Lighting is doing this also, but I am not paying $40 a letter for something I can make for free, and personalize to match my accent color. So, to be continued....
My start rendering after playing with different designs
My first test piece.... I changed it a little from the rendering
Cut, and ready to Paint Black. I decided to make the "WildTrak" lettering a negative with my accent color. The rounded corner ones below are the background that will be painted red (accent color). They are 1/16" bigger to leave a border, and protect the corners from being grabbed in the bush, or washing.
This is what they look like after the Black base coat.
Printing the 3D Sasquatch.
What it looks like after the Printing process.
Painting the outer borders my accent color
All put together and clear coated. The clear coat we use is Very resilient to UV rays, so should last for years.
All my pieces done and ready to mount on the Bronco......
Installing on Bronco....
And the other Badges installed.......
Also painted the body pinch seams under the doors as they look ugly body color.
Done for now ........

Did you make yours too?Custom badges FTW
The wheels look like Fuel Rebel 6's in Anthracite color.Looks great a subtle way to stand apart from the masses. Certainly more gratifying that you created these accents than just ordering from a supplier. What wheels do you have on your Bronco?
I did. 3D printed using UV resistant filament. I also sprayed on several coats of UV protective clear coat.Did you make yours too?
Well, great job! There are more than a few of you DIY types on here, which is terrific. I don't have a 3D printer, so I wouldn't know how to even attempt this, let alone some of the other mods people do on here.I did. 3D printed using UV resistant filament. Those are awesome! would you be willing to make another set and how much? I'd slap those on my Wildtrak!Love them or hate them, I finished and installed my "Badges" for my WildTrak. In addition to Rick at Bronco Depot, there is American Bronco that is making them. They are slightly cheaper and fewer options. But if someone is looking just for gloss black script, they are about $25 cheaper. The colored silhouette script is about $10 cheaper.Bronco Depot is doing the Bronco script.
This is 3D printed, final product will be made out of molded zinc…other trims will be available and possible color match. I’ll keep ya’ll posted.
