My 2023 is at the dealer today as my screen worked but my XM radio froze up for two days. It just said “loading.” I just received a call from the dealer they had to order a new module. Odd

Anybody gotten a resolution to this? My 2024 HE is doing the same thing. Couple times per week, start it up and drive out of the driveway, screen locked up on the Bronco Logo or blank, then a couple minutes later is reboots and works normally until the next time it screws up again.

I received my Bronco in Dec 2022. It was perfectly fine until about three months ago.
My 8" screen freezes about 1 in 10 times now during startup and resets itself between 10 seconds and a minute later. I dont believe it's related specifically to Apple CarPlay.

Either way, it's terribly annoying.

I’m having this issue and my CarPlay has stopped working entirely after the latest Bronco update. I’ve removed/forgotten and the-added and it will work via usb but not at all wirelessly. My screen freezes and has to do 2-3 reboots to work at all and then will freeze on backup camera or anything else. Prior to the update it worked 9/10 times and now it’s never 😡
