Installed JCR pre runner bar on raptor and I have a small problem

So I ordered the JCR pre runner bull bar and went to install it …one side of my bumper is not aligned so I cannot remove the torx bolt.
See pictures. There is no clearance to remove the bolt ..it is under the fender and grill plastics.
Ford has absolutely blown me away with the poor build quality the last 3 years.

I cannot remove end cap ??? What to do

Technically I think that should be covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. Clearly the bumper wasn’t built properly - I’d let them handle it.

Thoughts
1. Drop the whole bumper.
2. Let the Dealership take it off. The head of that screw looks messed up and almost looks like it’s below the plate of the bull bar.

The bolt has some scratches on the head but it is still in tact.
Yes , The bolt is below the bull bar plate … I can’t remove the bolt so the bull bar is sitting on it temporarily.


So another trip to the dealer …hopefully just a bumper alignment issue and not a frame alignment issue.

If ford employees paid as much attention to details when building my last two ford vehicles (as some internet forum people) I wouldn’t have a bumper issue…lol.

Loosen the bumper and slide it over, it looks like its not aligned properly from the factory.
