Interior Door Panel Scuff Protectors?

Anyone making any of these for the bronco doors? I keep kicking the doors when opening and have some nasty scuffs that won't come out.

For clarification: Referring to the bottom of the doors themselves, not the sills.

Jokes aside, you'll probably have to do some work yourself on this, but carpet protector is the first thing I thought of.
