Does anyone know if I can order the black leather interior now offered on the First Editions for my Outer Banks 4dr?

NO. You can't order interiors from other trims for your trim.
You could order black leather replacement seat covers from your dealer to swap out once your bronco arrives. Changing seat covers is a simple process.

Does anyone know if I can order the interior of the Badlands, with the wheels of the wildtrak on a Outer Banks but keep the painted flares but also have the grill of the FE?

Not for this 2021 model year. Maybe later in the production cycle you'll have more choices, but not now. OBX has two color schemes (Blue/Navy Pier & Roast/Onyx) in two fabric types (cloth & Leather trimmed vinyl). The dash is a gray-blue slate for the Navy seats, and tan (Roast) for the Roast Onyx trim. There is lots of blackish vinyl in the Roast Onyx leather as shown on the configurator. The leather also includes electric seats in higher 4-dr models.

These are not the replacements I mentioned above. You can order replacement OEM parts from a dealer. Even the first edition. Once a first edition gets in a wreck where the airbag deploys it will need a new seat cover. After several model years the OEM stock parts will run out but in year one they will be available.
