I 3d printed letter inlays for the BRONCO on the dash above glove box. Any suggestions for an adhesive to attach them? Requirements are as follows

*Thin
*Able to be removed without damaging the dash
*Obviously plastic friendly

First thought was e6000 but don't think I'd be able to spread it thin enough to not gush out the edges. CA is a no go for removal.
Rubber cement?
Something over priced from 3M?

ask an autobody supply shop.....contact cement usually peels off smooth surfaces not sure if it will discolor plastic.

3M or similar thin two way tape is safe ....check out their site and for resellers.

Maybe amazon if lucky.

You're in Ohio. It does't get that warm there. I'm assuming that you want a low risk way to see how the letters look before doing a permanent install.

Look for museum wax. Most Ace Hardware stores carry it. Its technical term is microcrystalline paraffin. It will stick unit you don't want it to. And will be easy to remove if you change your mind. I've also seen it at Home Depot, Lowes and Menards may sell it too. Amazon has it, but they're usually more expensive.

Staples and Michaels sell adhesive dots. They're for temporarily attaching paper but will proably work. Make sure you get the temporary ones. They also sell permanent dots. They come on a roll similar to Scotch tape.

3M also makes a removalbe repositional tape.

ChatGPT made a number of suggestions that I've never tried but may work. But they were sort of fiddly.

Found some B-7000 I forgot I had. It had a thin metal nozzle/applicator. Gave that a shot. Time will tell how it holds.
