Is tow package still a constraint for ‘23 MY?

I put in an order on 3/27 when the banks opened. I put it in without tow because I was told it was still a constraint.

I need a 7 pin connector and from what i have read here doing it after the fact seems more costly than just adding to an order.

I already understand perfectly clear that my chances of getting my 2 dr SAS BB build in’23 is slim to none but if I just add tow now is that really going to cause a delay more that the SAS or the 2 dr?
