First time poster, long time lurker, but I’m hoping someone here might be able to help me out.

I placed an order with @StickerFab on May 2nd. I didn’t hear anything back from them, so I emailed them on May 16th asking about my order. I got a response from an AI email bot, telling me it wasn’t sure what the status of my order was. The next day I got an email saying my order was on the way. But when I checked the USPS tracking number, it comes back as:

“A shipping label has been prepared for your item. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package”

It’s been in that status for over two days now, so it’s safe to assume my order hasn’t actually shipped, there was just a label created. I totally understand that it’s a small company, but taking almost three weeks to ship an order (the policies on their website say to expect 6-10 days) without an explanation is frustrating.

I sent another email to the company, but I only get replies from the email AI bot. I haven’t actually been able to reach a real human at the company, and I’m kind of irritated at this point. If there was some unexpected delays I can understand that, but radio silence and useless answers from an AI bot telling me the same USPS tracking status (even when I asked for a human to respond) isn’t really reassuring.

Does anyone know how to actually reach a human at this company?

I placed an order with them on May 10th (switch labels and vanity LEDs). I received the order on May 15th without any issues. My order was handled by the Shop app. Did yours process through Shop?

I checked out through PayPal, but it’s linked to my Shop account (that’s where I get updates on the tracking info)

That's odd that our experiences were so different. I would think there might be some issue with the process. Since you can't get a hold of them, maybe you make a comment on his YouTube page? It a little drastic, but it might work. I think they might be a sponsor on here, if so, maybe comment on one of his posts so he hopefully gets a notification?

It's incredibly frustrating when companies hide behind basic AI bots instead of giving a straight answer. Usually, that USPS status just means they printed the shipping label but haven't actually dropped the package off at the post office yet. Hopefully a real human reaches out to you soon.

Man, getting stuck in an AI customer service loop is the absolute worst.

If their support email is just feeding you a bot, ditch the email route. Your best bet to bypass the AI is to hit them up directly through a direct message on Instagram or Facebook. Auto parts brands monitor their social media channels way closer because it ties directly into their daily marketing operations.

Shoot them a DM with your order number and ask for a status update. If you still get radio silence after another 48 hours, don't keep fighting the bot. Just call your credit card company and initiate a chargeback for "goods not received." That is guaranteed to get a real human's attention immediately.

"Guess the weight, create the label, and mark it as shipped" is a classic strategy to buy time when you're severely behind, but shipping companies got tired of catching the flak for it - thus all the new disclaimers on tracking pages.

Thank you for tagging me. I don't have much time to get on the forum as we are trying to fill orders.

Found the order and replied to OP with much the same that I am sharing now. I hate to tell a SOB story, but it will probably sound like one:

-----------------------

Hello,

Actually I see your label. It's being marked off for all the items. There are 3 more prints that have to be done, but this will get packed up in the next few hours. The prints will take about an hour to run, laminate, weed, etc.

Sorry for the delay. Our order volume is at the highest it has ever been. We trained up a great new employee that showed huge promise and then they had a health issue, so we're back where we were with time lost due to training.

Some of the easier orders that can be made in bulk do get processed a little bit quicker. Working on automations to uncover those.

I am leaning on AI as I am part of the work force and many of the inquires we get are orders before their ETA. Your ETA was yesterday I believe so we did miss that.

15.7 billion possible combinations for that one order. 👀

Here's the breakdown:

• Topo Front Door Card Overlays — 59 variants (4 designs × ~21 colors)
• Topo Rear Lower Door Card Overlays — 40 variants
• Topo Rear Upper Door Card Overlays — 59 variants
• Topo Sun Visor Overlays — 58 variants
• Window Switch Outline — 18 variants
• Mirror Adjustment Switch — 18 variants
• Printed Fuel Door Overlay — 6 variants
• Seatbelt Trim, Trunk Trim, Install Pack — 1 variant each (no options)

59 × 40 × 59 × 58 × 18 × 18 × 6 = 15,699,588,480

------------------------

Honestly I knew I offered a lot of variations, but it is kind of insane how that stacks up. BTW AI did the calculation. I didn't take extra time out of fulfillment to calculate it.

Bought several items over the years from them with no issues. I guess one or two slip through the cracks periodically. Glad they're getting you sorted.
