Ordered the Ford Performance rear diff cover and a friend/local Bronco buddy generously offered to paint match it for me. It is painted Velocity Blue with gloss black on the lettering. He did a fantastic job! Can't wait to see it under there. Just need to get some oil and do the swap.

I will say that I am even more motivated to swap out the rear muffler & lift Blu now, so I can see this a bit better ;)

Installed the @StickerFab gloss black hood overlay. Followed his install vid with soapy water in a spray bottle and it installed super smooth. No bubbles, etc.

I chose to leave about 1/8" ish hood exposed against the cowl, instead of wrapping the overlay around the edge. I figured that it would be less likely to peel up over time as well.

Where did you get the grill inserts?
I think it was ebay. They may have them on Amazon too.

Rear diff oil change day. Kind of wish I did it sooner, but 25k miles is far better than Ford's recommendation! Fairly dark and lots of gunk on the magnet.

After a LONG weekend, I completed the install on the Eibachs!

Ford Bronco Jazer's Blu Pony IMG20240825144555

Happy with my settings. Kept about 3/4" of rake. Have the rear's ALMOST bottomed out at lowest settings. Left a few threads for adjustment if needed. Didn't want to shrink my 33's too much.

Updated pic now that the suspension is dialed in & aligned, etc.. Love the stance on the Eibachs. 34-35's are in the future, which will really finish off the look, but only once these need replacing.

Blu has been expensive lately. Few updates. She decided she didn't like her OEM battery any longer and wanted a new one, so replaced with an Optima Yellowtop DH7 a few weeks ago.

Last week I had an unfortunate incident where I picked up someone's apparent chainsaw tool and demolished my tire. On close inspection, the base of the tire where it went in was tearing, the tread block ripping off & the hole was quite large in diameter & too nearish the side wall for the shop to repair it, understandably.

In a position where replacement of these tires is in the near future anyways, and plans to upsize, replacing just the one was not an option. I ended up ordering a new set with a bump in size to 34s. Going from 285/70 Ko2s to 285/75 Toyos.

Showing how far it went in. Glad to have such beefy tires in this situation. This tool could have potentially caused wheel damage with a lower profile tire.

After installing the Eibachs, I've noticed extra lateral sway while driving. It isn't terrible but enough that it bothered me after awhile on a roadtrip and particularly a few weeks ago driving while I was recovering from Influenza. The "rocking boat" sensation really bothered me so I got home and ordered the Hellwig rear sway bar.

Finally had a nice enough day to crawl under the Bronco & install it. I set it at mid adjustment for "increased sway control". I only took it around the neighborhood so far, but definitely noticed an improvement. Less body roll, less rocking & less brake dive! I am eager to drive it at speed and see how much better it feels overall.

It hangs down a little and will definitely need to be cognizant of it's location when off road, so as not to hang it up on anything - but the day to day performance is worth the downside there.

Toyos are on! I LOVE them so far. So much smoother than my ko2s were, even at a higher psi. They feel like driving on clouds in comparison. My Ko2s must have been showing their age and hardening more than I realized.

The 285/75 R17s seem like a really good happy medium to get a more filled out/beefy look without sacrificing TOO much in efficiency (power, MPG, overall drive experience with the 3.73s). I can feel a bit of initial power loss to move the increase in weight & size off the line, but driving is still pleasant and still has umpf once it's rolling. I have the JB4 off atm, so putting that back on will help too.

Bash plate is drooping because at my oil change 2 weeks ago the tech loosened/removed them and forgot to tighten them! I noticed this while washing the car today and found one loose and one completely missing bolt in the front! I had some extras and have since replaced & tightened it up.

Couple recent photos next to my friends "stock" BL Sasquatch.

I haven't seen Blu directly next to a Bronco for comparison since installing the coilovers/new tires so it was nice to gauge the current stance. Sits close to an inch higher than Sasq, just a lil narrower with the wheel offset. Only thing I'd change at this point, but I love these wheels and eew to spacers.
