I got an offer I couldn’t refuse and swapped my 2 door base for a 4 door Wildtrak. Time to start over. First mod is in the books, so it’s time to start a build journal.

Completed: @HavocOffroad slider steps. These are 100% the best combination of durability and affordability on the market if they hold up anything like their Jeep bumpers.

En route:
@LOD Offroad transmission skid and T-case skid
@ASFIR 4x4 gas tank skid, front skid and rear shock skid
@BroncBuster tie rod splints (don’t leave home without em)
Hertz 103.2 4” speakers for front and rear.
@ORACLE Lighting bumper pocket lights
Dirty Life Enigma Pro wheels
Also got something in the works that will be a new practical use for the @Mountains2Metal glovebox mount

My neighbor, with his 3rd Bronco! Life has been treating you well! I finally got a window sticker and am scheduled for Aug 22 blend. Hopefully will be able to swing by with it by mid September if all goes well.

@Copperhorse73 - I want to know what is in your pile of "take-offs" so I can rummage through it! ;)

That’s 4th bronco mr Davis, I’ve paid 5k over sticker for 3 of them and still made money on the flip. Not being greedy I just need projects to do

those Havoc steps look good, and the $500 price point really is nice...but damn that foreign steel.
I hear ya on that. It’s all my limited budget will allow. I’ve gotta get full skids under this thing quickly so I can get to wheeling without being paranoid.

I’m pretty happy with my MetalCloak. I didn’t worry about anything in Colorado.

so in all my other broncos I used Aux 6 as constant power for items I wanted to turn on when the Bronco started. On the last one that was a dash mounted USB charger, 2 amplifier trigger wires and my CB. All tied together in the glovebox. It was a mess. So im currently in the process of mounting my idea to keep the constant power wiring super clean. I mounted a power and ground distribution block to it. See attached picture
