Finally got off the fence and ordered the JB4 & Bluetooth for my Raptor because I wanted the flexibility of changing the maps. Around here 93 is just about a buck a gallon higher than 89 and I really don't need to "Play" all the time. We have the wife's GT350 when I have the real need for speed but the Bronco should be lots of fun out in the Ozark Mountains around here. LOTS of Jeep trails close.

Have fun! You’re lucky they just updated the app, it’s a lot less science feeling - very intuitive plus all the science and settings easy to get to. Great gauge setup (but still no oil pressure).

Side note, we are headed to try to Ozarks and Hot Springs soon.

I'll be interested in your thoughts after you've had it installed for a while. I'm on the fence and not sure 40hp (93 octane map) on a 5,700 pound vehicle is, in my case, worth voiding an extended warranty.

I know they say it can't be detected if you remove it but the modern OEM ECU's do log and store max parameters. You'd need to have another firewall grommet on hand to swap in as well after sticking it with a big tacti-cool knife (from installation vid I watched). That'd be a major red flag.

Check out the area around Oark in the mountains - lots of trails, waterfalls etc. Stop by the famous Oark Store! Look it up on Google, I think Hot Springs still has an off road park

I run mine behind the trim and near the weather stripping through the door to fender. I have other wires through the grommet (power feed for amp & sub) so didn't want to screw around with tugging on those. Makes installation way easier and you can tuck the wire so you only see a teeny part of it when the door is open as it sneaks through into the fender. I remove mine for service so I needed to make that easier/faster for installation/reinstallation.

Could you take a photo or 2 of where your running the wire through the door and fender? This sounds like a good option.

Assuming you've had it installed for a while and are running it, what are your thoughts? Worth the cost of entry?
