Sure it’s a great question.Mike @JTopsUSA can you remind everyone which colors have what level of UV protection?

Titanium and Stainless Steel block 90% of the UV rays and have a weave pattern of 14x14. It is also a bit heavier mesh.
Al other colors block 80% and have a weave pattern of 14x17.
Weave pattern relates the the size of the opening in the mesh. 14x17 is just slightly rectangular 14x14 is square.
All flags are printed on a special white mesh and it blocks 93% of the UV rays.
Black believe it or not is the most transparent. It has more to do with color reflection than the mesh.
No color is more or less hotter than another. It’s the UV rating that determines the heat.
