K&N cold air intake + Borla Atak exhaust on 2.7?

i have both and downpipes and cold and hot pipes and whipple intercooler. Doesn't need a tune. I have ford performance tune but ZFG tune will be in my near future to see how much they can squeeze out.
The K&N intake box is an annoying shape that made it difficult for me to use the most rear facing bolt when installing my ARB air compressor. I'm thinking of switching to Mishi so it fits my mishi hot and cold pipes screw sockets.

I would plan out what all mods you want and make sure they fit nicely together since my air intake and my cold and hot pipes don't line up properly.

Sorry, I have Borla Touring Exhaust. The axle back exhaust won't really give you any performance. It's mostly just for sound. I had ATAK on my 5.0 before and quickly got rid of it since it sounded like a trumpet on the 5.0.
