Lurking for a while decided to join. Eagerly awaiting my Bronco. 1st question has anyone successfully reached out to Ford and gotten their email communication back on track? Dealer gave me my VIN awhile ago, I’ve never heard any from Ford. Dealer reached out again last week and said I’m scheduled for, again no email and no update to the tracker, I’ve searched the forum and it seems like this has become common, but I’d really like to get that production line photo.

Sadly, there isn't a way other than to delete the order out of WBDO and resubmit - which is not realistic at all, and I don't recommend

Your dealer could try adding your email to this section, where it says VIEW and put your email there. When I have customers that run into this issue, I usually try my best to forward the emails to them when I get updates... but it can get tedious if you have tons of order to watch and keep track of who is getting it and not...
