Finally got mine installed! Dome light took all of 20 mins, 4pc sidelights maybe about an hour or 2.

I had the roof off because it was a nice day, which made it easy to do the install.

To those who have bought the done light recently, is the plug connecting properly (clicking in fully) and is the tape strong enough to hold the dome in place after install?

I haven’t pulled the trigger yet due to prior reviewers expressing those concerns. I’m wondering if Mabett has addressed those issues over time?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

So I added extra tape to the dome light as I had previously installed it and removed it when I added the door lights. The dome also has metal clips that hold it in. I’m not sure if it ‘clicked’ in when I plugged it all together (no audible click) but when I removed the plugged from the dome light to put the door lights in the power loop it didnt just pull apart, I had to push the lock and make an effort to get it apart. I’ve had no issues since install.

Same for me @ToddGreen... I added extra tape to the cargo light and when using the harness of the 4 interior lights, it all clicked together well.
