I love how you are on here for feedback, I've purchased a few of your products because of your posts on here! It sounds like the sound is coming from the main table surface when it is in the latched up position when I hit a bump or accelerate hard. I can also hit lightly with my hand and reproduce the sound. With my install hardware it was missing one of the plastic washers, and I used one of the extra metal ones. This could be the source of it.

If you lose the gasket in the package, let me know and I will resend it

I do have a little rattle over large bumps with this. Haven’t diagnosed where it’s coming from yet.

Got it installed yesterday. Directions are a bit confusing, but the table itself is solid and rattle free. Found myself purposely hitting small potholes last night to make it rattle.

@Mabett what is the foam peice that came with the kit for? It seems to be sized to go between the top part and the tailgate, but the instructions show an assembly where the rubber bump stops are.

Foam adheres to long brackets to reduce vibration
