Oh yeah, I have a thread in here. I haven't done much to the Bronco lately, because honestly, it's right about where I want it. Anything else I want to do, I want to break or wear out the original stuff first. Crossing over 10,000 miles, I've driven it through some stuff didn't think I would get through and pulled out some stuff I didn't think I could shift.
One thing has bothered me that whole time, and it's the cheesy little plastic-capped shift knob Ford gave us.
I finally ordered a factory height replacement from Twisted Shifterz for myself, an early birthday present. I installed it today and I am very impressed with the feel - the factory height adapter works extremely well with the lockout collar, and the smooth, hard knob (giggity) feels much better in the hand. Looks great, too.
