Same. First time was OK, but now the passenger one gets stuck at the pin.

My 2023 2Door has the same issue. Passenger side panel is stuck and will not come off. All the latches function normally but there is an obstruction with the front pin. I also have a significant air leak between this same panel and the rear section of the hardtop. Both my of windows rattle & the passenger side gets sucked out by the wind. I have an appt with a local dealer on the 20th (which took almost 2 months to get) so hopefully they can makes some improvements on the top. Unfortunately my expectations for the window improvements is low as the service specialist had no idea how to address window issues. (Facepalm). I plan to ask again.

My search for a competent shop near me in CO continues.
I hope they will adjust your windows. There's a thread some where here that shows the factory specs. I would take a printout of that to them when you go.

Carefully wiggle and angle it to get it off the pin. Then follow the link I posted to fix it.
