OP, if you are on stock size tires and no lockers, I would not attempt Poison Spider. It has gotten rougher over the years. If you do try it, not far in is a difficult shelf area that will put your Bronco to the test. My 2 cents.

We just ran it in a non-sas Black Diamond on 35s with Wildtrak Fox shocks and swaybar disconnect. We had no trouble doing the full loop without the front locker. I wouldn't want anything less than that though. I'm not sure it's possible without the rear locker but as you said, that first large shelf/ledge at one of the early switchbacks is a great spot to see if you can/want to go further. (Waypoint 4 on the Trailsoffroad guide)
