I was looking for modular bumper light brackets, but after finding mostly bad reviews for several different $150 versions I figured I'd just SendCutSend a couple and share with you all if it worked.

These are the lights I was gifted: https://www.harborfreight.com/4-led-off-road-spotflood-combo-light-59236.html

I took some measurements of the Bronco bolts and had them fab these up. There's a 3-degree skew so that the mounting line is perpendicular to the direction of travel. Since taking the photos I have wired them up and the plug is snug to the body-colored strip below the grill, but it all works. $38.70 shipped for (2) powder coated 0.250" mild steel.

Built my own wiring harness which was extremely easy to tuck behind the bumper and run up in the fender crevasse near the battery and connect to the Aux power source.

Good Luck.

[I am uploading the ACAD dwg file in a .zip, hopefully that works...otherwise message me and I can send the file]

Did you swap the Capable Bumper recovery points on to your Modular Bumper? Or is that some sort of mule by the supplier?
Swapped from capable to modular but the mod didn't come with the tow hooks so I used the ones from the capable.

Awesome idea! I just bought the 6in version of it roadshock edge light. Do your lights also use a 12m bolt to attach to the bracket? I am just wondering if I need to edit the file you provided. Thanks a lot!

They do have that (overly large) bolt. As it is, the nut on the bottom of that has to be turned with a open ended wrench because it's so close to the bumper that a socket can't fit over.

To do the 6-LED pod though, I'd be concerned that the depth of the light may push the connector plug into the bumper too far. With these 4-LED lights the plugs are touching the grill as they bend and route down behind the bumper. You might consider pushing the mounting slot out another inch or so?

Got it. Is that easy to do on the drawing you provided? Also, is the drawing setup to have the overall plate at 3 degree skew or is that something I have to specify sendcutsend to do? Thanks again for your help!

Sorry for the delay. I put the 3 degree skew into the CAD drawing. SCS will just ask for material and thickness and finish. I did mild steel 0.250" with matte black powder coat.

As far as adding more depth for larger lights, you'd want to move the mounting hole slot out based on your measurements, I'd guess maybe an inch? That'd have to be done in the CAD file.

This is a great design. Thank you so much for sharing. I went with the .25" stainless steel, just Incase the powder coat even chips. Perfect fit for my 5"lights. Far better option than anything else I've found.

Awesome I hope they work out for your application! As stated before the main thing is making sure you have clearance for the pigtail.
