Mounting lights onto a roof rack

Did you get it with the cut-out? Your photo showed no cut-out...

I have not ordered anything yet. I am trying to do my research before I do.

Ohh well you're going to want to order it WITH the cut-out, then you can install the Baja Designs 40" Bar.

I always knew I could fit a lightbar with LED lights...I was just curious if i could mount other lights other than those on lightbars...but I guess all lights installed on roof tops will be mounted on a light bar...
