My reservation disappeared from Ford.com!

It’s back up for me, with an added bit I hadn’t seen before.


Management: “Hey, we’ve got a problem. The reservation page isn’t correctly displaying the actual ordered Bronco… just some random Bronco image, and we keep getting calls from worried customers. Can you fix the code on the website to do something about that?”

Web Team: “No problem!”

At least you got a Badlands pic on your Badlands order... looks like there is confusion with my two orders, lol.

I got curious and checked mine. Its still in then. Sadly I think it's still a MY23.

Either an IT issue that needs resolving or somebody pushed the wrong button and cancelled your order.

Or someone was doing sql queries and dropped a table

Well, I know Ford is onboarding some new software at the moment to manage deployments. So maybe this is why we have been seeing changes and things are getting funky?

Personally, I think it’s a step in the right direction as I have had less issues with the site overall, and I had no issues making a Lightning reservation.

Only time will tell!

Its the new rim delete spare option. Nice OBX BTW.

Looks like a bug when you select any exterior options or packages, the wheel deletes. Its like remodeling a house, fix one thing and another breaks...
