Navigation not functioning properly

Is anyone having an issue with on board navigation? Any fixes? Tried turning it off and back on, worked for about 5 minutes.

Are you turning the vehicle on/off or have you tried to force reset sync? Hold the power/volume button and next track together for 10 seconds to force a sync reset.

thanks for that tip, the force reset was unsuccessful. It’s now stuck in a loop saying “obey traffic laws, voice commands will resume guidance now” followed by “N/A” then the nav screen Goes to the image I uploaded. The screen feels hot to the touch.

We just started a 12 hour trip, I just want this thing to shut up, it won’t stop yelling “N/A”

Can't you just stop using onboard nav and use a different app like Google maps, maybe to kick out the onboard nav?

Ford software is terrible. I wouldn't use it unless you have to
Ford needs to get back to building cars and not software

Just had the same thing happen tonight. Middle of driving. Did you get a resolution?
