Wanting some advice on this issue. I've attached pictures but the navigation settings and navigation map page will not load. I have the gold certified used warranty on my 2021 badlands with the larger infotainment system and I have already paid my dealer for an hour of diagnostics for them to gaslight me all week until they admitted there was an issue after having my vehicle four days. Then they said they will need an additional 3 hours of diagnostics (scheduled for 2 weeks from now) and that I have to assume the additional $500 risk of them not "finding a part to replace" if that part is even covered...

From my understanding of the gold certified warranty all the infotainment systems are covered.

Wanted to post here to see if anyone has had similar issues or has found a fix before I risk $500 on something I don't actually need but just want to have as a backup

Does your Fordpass still work? Remote features and location, etc? All my Fordpass features and connectivity (nav map loading included) failed about a week and a half ago on my ‘25. The tech got in with a laptop and “Rebooted GWM” and it all works again now. Gateway module reboot would be the first thing to try. Basically all cellular connectivity was lost until they did it.

I've seen this several times on the F150 forum. Generally it was an incomplete update, where not all files got updated and then was in an inconsistent state. If I recall, the dealer had to replace the APIM in those cases as they can't reinstall the latest version.

Some of the F150 folks could go from the navigation loading screen to their radio screen and then back to navigation, and sometimes that worked.

Paid for the subscription and then using voice commands I got the map to load. But otherwise it's still broken (settings won't load) but interesting glitch.
Also this is the lame result given on my last visit

Try disconnecting the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes. This will force a hard reset of all the modules including the GWM. It may not fix it, but it won't hurt anything to try.

Thanks I'll definitely try that. I would assume the dealership would have tried forcing resets of all the modules on my first visit.

I would not assume they did. Based on the tech notes, all they did was check for pending updates and codes and did nothing else.
