Negative cable issue

Newbie here, First of all this is a Ranger issue but broncos and rangers are built at the same plant. So anyways my 2022 2.3 ranger failed to start after a road trip. Completely dead. Gave it a bit and all was good. Checked battery cables and positive side was rock tight, negative side not so. Nut turned one turn about, loose but not loose. Checked it again today, about 2 weeks later and nut turned even more. Really weird. I torque stuff at work every day so I don't get it .Defective clamp maybe? Anybody have this issue? Thanks.

Replace it. Problem waiting to happen. Sounds like you got a bad part, it happens
