The only change on my Ford account was the in store order message on 01/20. But that was even before I talked to Tim about my order.

Kinda sounds like Brewster has not actually submitted our orders, or our reservation number wasn't tied to the order right. I just tried calling Ford- it was like talking to a brick wall. They kept saying an order was submitted on 1/20 and that I was good to go. I tried to explain that the dealer just converted our reservation and that I have changed that order, and have never received an email, nor is our account updated. I pulled up other examples of others on how the accounts look when the order is confirmed. The lady kept saying that it could take weeks for your account to reflect any changes and to talk to your dealer. I just wound up hanging up, cause the conversation was going in circles with no resolution. I have a message into the dealership.

what is this DORA I keep seeing people talk about?

Has anyone here been getting a copy of that from their dealer? I got a Buyers Order copy that I signed detailing out all the costs. Is that the same thing?

I am surprised they would even tell people where they are line because having a early reservation can still be affected by the choices that seem to be in short supply. I am day 2 reservation but I have 2 choices from the short supply list.

In all honesty, it doesn't hurt to tell this crew. 70-90 people switched for the Brewster deal. Brewster told someone they had what 170 reservations or something?
So where is the harm in telling this group where they sit? 50% appear to come from this group. Some are opting for MY22. so at this point, a little extra insight would go a long way to easing some of the worry I've been seeing.

I can see some of them not saying cause if they tell someone where they stand on the list and then they end up getting 2022 I'm sure people will bitch at Brewster like it's their fault. One thing I learned about working in healthcare is that a good 90% of people are assholes . On the bright side Ford is keeping up with production of their face shields and are made pretty good lol

Not sure what you signed but a DORA shows the MSRP and invoice of what you have built. It also shows the Priority Code on it.

Yes agreed I don’t think we’ll really known until we get an update from Ford in May. My reservation was in the First 24 hours but 7/14. Just wait and see...

Imagine if Ford does their estimate in May but they do the mistake of not converting to metric from standard (like the spaceship a few years ago) and all of their estimates are a factor of 10 too short.

Hmm. Maybe they updated the volume of that to correspond to usable GVWR? Or that they realize that there aren't enough cup holders in the truck.
