Kinda sounds like Brewster has not actually submitted our orders, or our reservation number wasn't tied to the order right. I just tried calling Ford- it was like talking to a brick wall. They kept saying an order was submitted on 1/20 and that I was good to go. I tried to explain that the dealer just converted our reservation and that I have changed that order, and have never received an email, nor is our account updated. I pulled up other examples of others on how the accounts look when the order is confirmed. The lady kept saying that it could take weeks for your account to reflect any changes and to talk to your dealer. I just wound up hanging up, cause the conversation was going in circles with no resolution. I have a message into the dealership.The only change on my Ford account was the in store order message on 01/20. But that was even before I talked to Tim about my order.
