I printed all my ford emails to take with me to Brewster. I know its not in their control how many points I get but I still like to have receipts.

I'd recommend going back in your inbox history and find those early emails Ford hopes we forgot about

yeah, I created a label in Gmail and filter every ford email I get, so I got them all!

However, after doing a quick search this is the only email I have stating extra points...

I'm just trying to provide you a little hint as to how to do it, in case you want to. Not saying you should. Not sure I would, though the application process if you wet the surface you actually can still move it around for a bit. I'd never put on a "one shot" version myself, for sure...
