If you set up the controller to turn off with the vehicle then when you turn off the vehicle and turn it back on the default position will be off unless you manually turn back on.Does the wireless unit recall the settings once the Bronco is turned off and then restarted?
Rather than controlling the factory outlet we would recommend just adding an outlet to one of the outputs on the trigger. That frees up the outlet and avoids messing with the factory wiring.Would these work for my use case?
I have a Starlink Mini plugged into my rear/cargo cigarette lighter. I've been plugging and unplugging when needed, but I'd LOVE a switch to turn the whole thing off unless I want it on. My main reason is that I don't want my battery running for 30+ minutes every time I turn my car off (could be 6-10 times a day!).
Would I be able to control that outlet with this set? I've been told the Ford ones you can buy after the fact would not be plug and play, so I'm looking into other options besides just installing a single rocker.
