No price protection certificates on a 3/1/22 order?!?

Ordered 3/1/22.
(Automatically) Rolled into '23 MY in Sept of '22. I confirmed with the dealer.
Removed hard top (and tow package at the dealer's suggestion) from order for $2500 private offer in February '23.
Received scheduling email 6/1.
Based on the "ultimate price pritection" thread, it seems the following should apply:

Hard top removal private offer - $2500
Black diamond order prior to 9/9/22 rollover - $1995
Black diamond order prior to 2/10/23 -$1500 (unclear on how the 9/9 and 2/10 work)
Modular bumper - $150

Dealer says no dice. Ford marketing says the dealer needs to work with their rep on my behalf.

How do I make sure the appropriate certificates are combined and applied?

Did your address change from the time you placed your original order/reservation? Mine did and they couldn’t find it until I gave ford marketing the address from when I first placed my reservation. Everything worked out and I got my rebate check about a week ago.

My information has not changed.
The order was placed with the dealer as a black diamond. I got a confirmation for an outer banks, emailed back and made them change it the same day, but that was all in March '22.
