OEM 4 Door Rock Rail brackets don't fit??

Hi - could use some help. I have a 2021 OBX that had the side steps. I acquired a set of 4 door Rock rails and based on various posts on this thread ordered two of the following brackets to support them from Ford:
M2DZ-54200B38-A and
M2DZ-54200B39-A

The Front bracket mounted up no problem (believe that was M2DZ-54200B38-A, the rear bracket M2DZ-54200B39-A however doesn't match-up for the holes by about 1/8" (holes for the tabs and holes to line up for the nuts from the Rock rail bolts going through the pinch weld. Hoping I'm missing something obvious after over paying for these brackets!

I even tried both brackets on the same side:

You need 4 brackets --- 2 of the same and then 2 different ones.

You got 2 fronts and need 2 rears now.

I have all 4. 2 ending with "38A" and 2 ending in "39A" none fit the rear

From his parts list, it looks like you have 2 front rights (M2DZ-54200B38-A) and 2 front lefts (M2DZ-54200B39-A), but are missing the 2 rear brackets (M2DZ-78200B38-A).
