I would like to get an additional crossbar for the OEM roof rack, 2-door if it makes a difference. I'm trying to fit a Yakima/Thule cargo box. As it stands now with the modular crossbar in the forward position the spread is too wide to fit the cargo box. With the bar in the rear position, the box sits too far aft. If I could add a 2nd bar I'm pretty sure the roof box would work.

So my question is, can a person buy an additional crossbar?

How easy to pop the front panels w/ the extra bar? Ordering 1 tomorrow before the 20% expires ;)

You just have to be careful and slide it out, requiring you fold the push latch before sliding it out.
