Does anyone know if the Off Rodeo is transferable?

The OR voucher is tied to the VIN. The owner/registrant of the VIN is entitled to the voucher. The voucher can be transferred to an immediate family member who resides at the same address. You'll have to call the OR customer service to assist as there is no mechanism on the website to handle the request. The transfer needs to be done before attending the OR. (i.e. don't register yourself and just show up expecting the staff to handle the transition).

I didn't understand it when I was younger, but I figured it out when I grew up. Dad is actually still kicking in Williamsburg VA (89 years old).

I played golf with an older friend who never wanted to talk about his service.
He always wore long sleeve shirts until he started going thru chemotherapy … then I saw his tattoo… a rat holding a 45 & a flashlight.
