Certainly a lot more of a Ridgeline competitor than work truck. It should sell well and there's absolutely no reason Maverick should exist in any other configuration than crew-cab.
Ranger is still selling at a 7:1 ratio of crew-cab to super-cab, the market has spoken and passenger trucks now, apparently, have 4 doors and are used for family hauling. Thankfully trucks are essentially exempt from emission controls so this is the direction ICE vehicles need to go to prove their existence....
Meanwhile, In my driveway: 1951 Fleetline 2-door w/MT, 1961 Thunderbird 2-door, soon to be '21 Bronco 2-door w/MT and the '19 Ranger super cab (2+1 door).
