A buddy of mine roasted a pig like that once at a party we had,there was this vegatarian girl there that got drunk on the jungle juice we made by 1030 she was eating those little crackly things off the pig like a crack addict we still laugh about that.

Did some NY Strip since the Longhorns pulled off an ugly win and my son won both games of a double header in fall ball!

If you ever get a chance, pick up a Dos Anclas Sal Parrillera grilling salt. It is awesome on steak and pork (more so on ibérico pork)!
