After my daily ritual checking my VIN I decided to see if auto trader had any listed.. Sure did and quite a bit in the 100 mile radius of my zip. But, most that are on AT were 10k OVER MSRP. So I called that dealership and inquired about their demo. The Broncos they have listed haven't arrived but they will let me know when that demo gets in. I also took a chance and let them know if someone backs out of their 4-door order to give me a buzz ASAP LOL.

Not a bad idea. Now that I understand I may not get my Bronco until Hell freezes over.

Also this may be common knowledge... The sales lady told me that the demos CANNOT BE SOLD FOR SIX MONTHS. Then they can sell them. I did not know this

Of course they are. They will keep collecting as many orders as possible. Their job is to sell vehicles.

Yup, that and to get you in the door for the ole "we don't currently have any of those in stock but how about you check out these new Sports and Explorers." It seems people are shocked that car salespeople are going to do whatever they can to get people in the show room to sell them cars.

While on the phone I called at like 8:57.. She answered and said "well we don't open till 9 but you are important to me so let me check" I about threw up save the crap lady.

Yep! My dealer told me that once the demo has done it’s duty for 6 (I thought he had said 7) months, they become available for sale.
