Order/Pricing Guide for Canada?

To my fellow Ford dealers/Sales people. Have you received the Order and/or Pricing guide from Ford yet? I know that we haven't and I am unsure why. Is it because the Canadian Market gets everything last? If the answer is obvious, try not to make me feel like an idiot LOL. Thanks folks

I assume as soon as US dealers get them you'll see it up here pretty quick. I imagine you'll a US guide on the forum before you see a Canadian one at all.
