Outer Banks now has color match fenders with Sasquatch Package?

Placed my order for a loaded OBX w/ Sasquatch. Usually when I would build it out in the 2022 B&P as soon as I hit Sasquatch package the fender's turned to the MIC. On the 2023 it doesn't and shows them painted with the lift and Sasquatch tires etc. I got excited because I would love to keep the painted fenders and called my rep after placing the order. She said on the order guide it doesn't say that as a change but would look into it. Anyone else have any feedback on this? We pay for the fenders when you select the trim so it's never made sense to me why you couldn't get both since you are actually paying for both. (Painted Fenders w/ Outer Banks and MIC Fenders w/ Sasquatch). See pic below.

She was talking about it with me because I questioned it. She said there was another person who had the same question. I am hoping personally for the color matched fenders not the big black plastic ones. Who knows? Gonna keep an eye on the threads in case I hear anything. I will repost.

The fenders don’t change when you choose Sasquatch. They also still have the disclosure S2. “Images shown are for information purposes only, and may not necessarily represent the configurable options selected or available on the vehicle.”

This is the type of thread that will be taken as gospel…like AMB making a comeback in 2023.

In reality, placing any faith in the rockstars is grossly misplaced and pure speculation.

Took a look at the order/build sheet. The Sasquatch option on the OBX build sheet doesn’t specify “Body Color.” Im guessing the site is a glitch. I’m betting they are black plastic.

It’s a glitch. The fenders don’t even “enlarge” when you hit Sasquatch. They stay exactly the same size and color of a non-squatch. Glitch City, USA. Sorry.

I had my painted to match. It cost about $700

Did we all confirm this is a B&P glitch? The configurator is still showing the body color matched flares on the OBX Sas, and the B&P has been up for over a week now.
