PA Doorless Bill Status???

Can anyone who understands the process of a bill being passed explain the status of this bill? It says “laid on the table” which to me means they will come back to it later…but when?

That status sounds discouraging, but when I watch the house hearing on YouTube they said the bill is “amended.”

Can someone explain it to me like I’m 5?

I have no clue to be honest. But if a bill is amended I'd take that to mean it was changed somehow.

Now if they said "approved", well we all know what that means.

It was due to be voted on by the House of Representatives, don't know if that ever happened.
But since it was amended (changed) it needs to go back to the Senate to be voted on again.
