Finally got my Bronco and it's perfect aside from one small issue at the bottom of the rear passenger door. Not sure what's under the paint or causing the issue, maybe seam sealer? The paint is adhered and it feels very solid unlike corrosion or a paint bubble. I'm not sure if this is worth bringing up with the dealership as I don't want an entire door repainted to fix a minor issue. Any ideas?

I had a small blemish in the paint on my hood. My SA told me to take it to service just to document it in case something weird happens down the line, since like you, I didn’t want it repainted.

They took pictures and wrote it up just in case it peels or something crazy. I’d bet Ford would probably deny a claim and say it’s a rock chip or something without it documented.

Looks like a defect in the e-coat primer that was missed and painted over. If it was mine, I would wait to see if it becomes a problem since the repair will be to paint the entire door. That defect down that low would bother me much less than a mismatched door.
