@JcrOffroad Are the pinch weld covers something you guys have stock of? Or do you make them as orders come in?

Have these been confirmed to work with the Badlands rock rails?

@JcrOffroad I just wanted to verify that the pinch weld covers are included in the 5-20 business day lead time estimates you guys have on the site? Ordered last Thursday, and hadn't heard anything, but I was hoping they fall in the 5-20 days range and not some of the longer ones. Thanks!

Should I have any concern about rust if I just put the covers on over the now bare spots from the front screws? Thoughts anyone?

I’d hit them with some primer and paint.

I just did mine with this. It looks really good, so do the JCR ones as well.

I'm interested in this approach. Do you just apply painters top above and spray across? I assume you only have to worry about applying to the external side.

I just cleaned the surface. And then taped around the weld area to be sprayed. Remove the tape quickly after or the Wurth will bond with the tape. I did one coat. That Was enough. I just did the outside yes. Do some test sprays on a cardboard box first. Get the hang of the spray and coverage. You'll love it.
