As a matter of course: wrong forum, this one's for sellin, regular lighting forum is upstairs a bit.

As to the actual issue, I've never had Oracles but this isn't the first time I've seen something like this on one of those sets unfortunately. Seems like Oracle's durability and reliability just isn't there.
On the upside, they're really responsive to complaints on this forum, so likely they'll drop in here and offer to help you some more.
