If you want 3 cubes in the pocket go BD. The DD are .25” bigger and won’t fit 3. I’ve have all DD on my F350 and CanAm X3 never had any issues with them. For the Bronco, and my OCD, I wanted 3 cubes the same size in the bumper.
I went with Baja Designs over DD for the exact same reason. I wanted all 3 in the pocket to be the same size. Went with SAE, Combo, Combo, all yellow.

Odd, their headlight replacement LED bulbs have been pretty decent for me, I've been running the 2Stroke 2-,3-, and 4.0s for years. Nice warmer color temp than most. My Polaris 800EFI Sportsman has been running the 2.0s for years now and that voltage is finicky asf.

Been interested to try the HXB pods to see how they stack up against my BD S1s and DD S1 Pros. The form factor and less modularity of lens, bezels and covers have them at a slight disadvantage.

Speaking of @Baja Designs modularity, how is there not an S2 clear cover in existence? All the other lights have them available.
I'm referring to Morimoto's bronco headlight assemblies that have had nothing but issues. Probably 20 different threads on their failures.

Thanks, here is a pic of the camera and rock light setup. The camera is for my

This is absolutely amazing. Kinda want to see it with an S1 in that housing. Mo powah!(probably enough to drown out the camera tho 😅 )

I know, probably should have made that clearer. With the advent of new sealed headlight systems with non-replaceable LEDs, I have steered away from aftermarket replacements until some durability and reliability measures can be established.

Also getting real damn tired of billboard-Vegas-slot-machine-color headlights.

I'll throw in another brand to the mix... I have the Borne Off-Road set of two and they are OEM-quality mounts as well as excellent light output.

The lights look great! I did notice that you're using our older Gen SAE model. We're still offering free internal upgrades for all previous SAE lights. If you're interested, you'll find all the details below, or feel free to reach out to me via email. The current wait time is 2-3 weeks.

Appreciate the heads up on this - I had no idea. Unfortunately I sold my Bronco with the lights on it, or else I’d take you up on that offer.

Great customer service flagging this though! Thank you :)

Originally i planned to use a s1 there, however the cost to manufacture my 1 off housing design in billet was far too high, so i had to compromise.

Looks great. What does the rock light do, is it tied to the other lights?

it functions as a chase light with the s2s. i have independent control of the 3 lights, so for example i can have the outside lights on solid and the rock light flashing or strobing , or vice versa

Just added DD SS3 Max's, haven't had a chance to test them out yet. Purchased from 4x4trucleds with their harness. Made for a super simple installation and any of the 10A aux toggles works just fine for the main light or aux backlighting.

I run the Rigid lights. I have a 40 Radiance lightbar up top and Rigid 360 pods. Puts out a lot of light, and I have had zero issues. I can change the backlight on the light bar to any colour, and my pods are amber and white. I also run amber fogs in the bumper.

I'm considering this light bar but since I want to use the backlights the upfitter wont work for me directly, I'll need to run into the engine compartment. How did you do this?

I have my backlit lights on number 5 of the upfitters. Both of my ditch and forward lights have backlights, and my bar has backlights. SO all of them are activated on number 5.
