Oh ok. I used Forscan on all the other features already. I just want the tune/throttle sensitivity options. Would it be OK to try out? Or should I wait? Is this updatable if you do need to tweak some things to make it work?
There should be no negative side effects from you plugging it in and trying it. And yes, it's absolutely updateable in the field, that's all done through the app. Easy peasy. Plug it in and try it, if something comes up, please reach out.

Sounds like @Travis9935 could be your 2024 lab rat if you can collect and coordinate remotely and he’s not in Ogden.

Can your tuner disable ASS on a 2023? My understanding is that’s not possible in FORscan for the 23+ models. Also if I buy the device can I buy a separate tune for a different vehicle (2022 Explorer ST)? Or do I need to buy two devices?

This device will disable the Auto Start/Stop in the 2023 models, yes. But it's worth noting, it will also disable your battery management system.

And this is a plug in module, not a flash tuner, so it has to remain plugged in all the time and can not be used in two vehicles at the same time. There is a physical wiring harness and module mounted under the hood. Upside to this, it leaves no trace in the system when removed, so its dealer/warranty friendly.

We do not support the Explorer ST with this module currently. We do plan to look into it.

Thank you, I will check this out further. I’m not overly concerned with warranty but don’t try to burn it either. I haven’t saw a tuner previously that left *zero* traces. Granted, none were Superchips.

Also, what cons are associated with the BMS being disabled? Any perks other than no ASS?

We havent seen any drawbacks to the BMS being disabled. Perhaps it could be an issue for guys with a bunch of aftermarket electronics, lighting, etc?

Perk is no ESS :)

So I got it installed. Everything seems to work except the stand alone controller. It just cycles back and forth and doesn't really do anything. All the other features seem to work. I really didn't notice much of a power increase on level 5. The throttle sensitivity mod works really well though. My boost levels are about the same on stock vs level 5 according to the oem boost gauge. Shouldn't it be higher?

Remind us what model year this is in? There is an increase in boost from stock to Level 5 and it should net a noticeable seat of the pants improvement.

If this was the 2024, shoot us your contact info and we’ll get you lined out with tech support/engineering to make sure everything works as it should.

I've had mine installed for almost a year. I went to connect and see if there were any updates now it won't connect. Everything else works normally, the Bluetooth controller even works normally. But it won't connect to the app. I called sc and described my prob. They said send in the whole module. Even though it's not the module. I believe it's the app itself not working correctly. I sent a screen record of the prob. I haven't received any responses. This was 2 days ago... 🙄

I'm not getting any updates or even anyone acknowledging my questions. Will this be resolved? 🙄
I've reached out to the team as they said they were following up with Friday. Please double check that their reply did not go to spam, etc.
