Hi Guys, I have 2022 2dr Badlands that I unfortunately hit a deer with. The bodyshop installed a new Ford OEM driver side door shell and the window has much more play in it when rolled up than the passenger side does. I checked the two bottom adjustment studs and they appear to be adjusted as far out as they will go. Any ideas on what could cause this? I'm taking it back for a piece of trim that didnt come in so I'll have them look at it but if I could offer them a suggestion about what it might be, that may help. Thanks

there is a warranty repair for this that replaces the window rubber. Both of mine rattled like crazy before they were fixed, but don’t move at all after.

There is an updated weatherstripping part that fixes it for the most part. I dont have the P/N handy but last I looked it was about $350.
