Radio software Upgrade

Hola, I live in Costa Rica, I have a 2022 Ford Bronco Wildtrak, I know there is an upgrade for the radio software that allow the use of the 12" in full size, example, in carplay, I made de consult to the local delaer and they said there is none available. Is there a way too do it my own.?

You can only update it using FDRS, which is what the dealer uses. So if they checked and said there was no APIM update available, then there isn't one.

It is possible other modules need to be updated before the latest APIM software can be installed, but without having the vehicle and seeing what updates are available it's impossible to tell.

Thank you Ducati1098, the problem I have is that as the car is in Costa Rica I dont have acces to the Fordpass app upgrades. Thank you any way.

Than you Bighoof, I check already and yes it's said that I have pending updates fort the sync software and maps , but is asking me to go to Settings, select connectivity and press Manage WI-FI Networks, but I dont see this WI-FI option in connectivity, is the an area in the radio where I turn this option on?
