Rail to Convoy in Florida

Anyone familiar with how vehicles transition from rail to convoy when they're headed to Southern Florida.

My WT is in Baldwin, FL outside Jacksonville.

On your window sticker, what is your Ramp 1 code?

My Wildtrak went to Miami, FL via rail. Then on a convoy to Sunrise, FL. Yours may get off the train in central FL. Not sure if there’s a closer rail yard.

Your train is just stopped for the night and will keep going in the morning. It seems the convoy trucks will only ship south from the rail yard. NSB is markedly closer to Orlando, but ships out of JAX

Many thanks Papa. It actually got there yesterday. Just wondering how much farther south they go before unloading.

I promise that I’m not trying to be a wise ass, but it comes natural… that’s the exit ramp/terminal where your Bronco jumps off the train. The Jax code is RH12

So mine is RF35 , Im assuming thats Tampa

Got call today mine in Sunrise at Sawgrass
Should pick up tomorrow

@Papa Smurf probably knows better than me, but here is a map of the csx facilities.

There is an auto facility in Hialeah, but I don't know if CSX uses it since it is another line.

Interesting, you can copy paste those addresses into google earth and get an idea of what it looks like when cars go from rail to truck.
