How many here have had their dealer install a lift/tires/etc. and add it to your total finance? What was that experience like? Do u suggest this option?

Never add things to your loan. You’re gonna pay 3 times for it from interest. If you can’t afford it, save to get it. Put the things in it that you can’t later and stop. Just my two cents.
