All,

Currently I am set up with a Gobi Rack on my Soft Top. Well it sucks, due to the fact I can't open my rear cargo area as wide as before. I think the factory resolution to opening the rear is stupid. I believe they should of went to a function like Jeep. Unzip flap. Is there a aftermarket company that has already created that or do I have to wait? No I do not want to go with a hard top.

Matt

Maybe a dumb question - do you know if the rear side windows have to be removed on the trektop like on the OEM top? Haven’t seen a clear answer anywhere. I didn’t even know the rear window just unzipped - I assume it can roll up?

EDIT: meaning, can you just unzip the rear and fold the whole top back? Or do the sides still have to be fully removed?

I have a trektop. The sides can be left on and the rear removed. There aren't any zippers on the trektop but a channel snap system. The rear panel can be undone and folded up and over the roof to access the cargo space.
